ONE of Cape Cod 2009 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

We are delighted to award three outstanding high school seniors (who will be pursuing degrees in music) the following scholarships for 2009.

The $1,000 Alexandra Horbach Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Matthew Astone who graduated from Falmouth High School. He will be attending the Westminster Choir College of Rider University, NJ this fall.

The $1,000 Lucille Johnson Scholarship was awarded to Caitlin Corrigan who graduated from Barnstable High School. She will be attending the University of Massachusetts at Amherst this fall.

The $1,000 George H. Riley & Nina L. Riley Scholarship was awarded to Jaime Guyon who graduated from the Nauset Regional High School. She will be attending Ithaca College this fall.

Opera New England of Cape Cod thanks our scholarship committee for selecting this outstanding group of students. The committee consists of Carrol Crocker, Shirley Money and Meredith Wannie.
